Easy issuing and validation of tickets

The NP Ticketing module enables you to issue tickets directly from the POS in a simple and effective way. The payment terminal integration reduces the in-store transaction time significantly. The system lets you create and amend ticket types such as standard tickets, family packages, and guided tours yourself.

The system offers many options such as various validities – e.g. for the same day as the ticket is issued or next week. Furthermore, you can set up for what and when the guests have access. You can print tickets as a receipt and validate them at the ticketing booth.

Let visitors buy and book tickets in advance

Visitors can book and buy tickets in advance. In this way, they can ensure access at a specific time and thus avoid long queues. The feature also helps you to spread out the visitor flow more evenly during opening hours. This gives you a clear view of how many employees you need each day.

For events with a limited amount of tickets such as tours, you can manage how many tickets are sold. Guests can also buy ticket for specific time slots. There is no risk of selling tickets for time slots that have already been sold as all data is collected and synchronized in the system.

With NP Access Control tickets, membership cards and museum passes with barcodes or QR-codes can swiftly be validated. The online scanner instantly confirms that tickets are valid.

Online ticketing lets visitors buy tickets from home

By means of NP Ticketing Online module, you can manage ticket sales via an online store, which is a subpage of your home page. While guests can purchase tickets from home or on the go, you get a complete overview of ticket sales as the online store and the physical ticket sales synchronize to the same database in Business Central.

Business Central keeps track of the number of tickets sold and calculates the daily revenue. You also get access to many other statistics such as time analysis on different visitors groups.

By means of the business intelligence solution, Power BI, you can gain a deep insight into the attraction from clear, visual reports. With this insight, you get an even better basis for decisions that benefit your business.
